Sumesh is a dedicated yoga professional with  over 15 years of personal practice and 9 years of teaching experience.  As a certified 500-hour Yoga instructor, he helps students refine their  practice with a focus on alignment, hands-on adjustments, and a  welcoming approach for all levels, from beginners to advanced  practitioners. His deep understanding of postures and human anatomy  ensures a safe and effective practice.

Beyond  yoga, Sumesh is also an NIS-certified coach with a strong background in  professional basketball. With 3 years of playing experience and 5 years  as a coach, he brings a unique blend of athletic training, discipline,  and movement expertise to his teachings.

His  mission is to inspire and empower students, helping them build  strength, flexibility, and mindfulness for a balanced and healthy life.

Rose  is from France, she is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher specializing  in Hatha Yoga. She completed her 200-hour TTC in Mysore and 300-hour TTC  in Rishikesh, immersing herself in the roots of this ancient practice,  in India. She  teach offline and online classes and host yoga retreats, creating  spaces where everyone, regardless of strength or flexibility, can  experience the transformative power of yoga. For her, yoga is more than  physical postures; it’s a philosophy and a tool to handle life with  creativity and grace.  

Beyond  yoga, she is also a photographer and videographer, and she see life  through the lens of art. Yoga has become her art form, shaping the way  she perceive and navigate the world. Her goal is to make yoga accessible  to all, helping others find balance, peace, and joy in their lives.

Nandini began her yoga journey under Guru Swami Janardhananda and  Swami Sivananda's teachings. Coming from a defense background,  discipline was inherent in her upbringing. Initially working in fashion  and education, she was drawn to Ashtanga yoga, leading her to pursue  extensive training, including 500+ hours of teacher training and

Initially working in fashion  and education, she was drawn to Ashtanga yoga, leading her to pursue  extensive training, including 500+ hours of teacher training and  spiritual courses at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram. With expertise in  Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy, she has trained  both native and international practitioners. Her passion for Vedanta and  Indian classical music deepens her spiritual journey, making yoga a  path of continuous growth and self-discovery.
